Return Process

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in its original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the shipment directly from your doorstep.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
